We deliberately stay a small clinic: it's easier to know everyone by face and to remember what they were treated for and how they're doing now. Many clients ask us themselves: “Take our photo for the tree.”
That way a cat won't meet a dog in the queue, and you won't have to wait. Call us or message us on Viber or Telegram.
If possible, don't feed your pet before the visit: the vet may order tests or an ultrasound on an empty stomach.
If your pet gets very stressed, for example during nail trimming, ask the vet about a calming remedy before the visit.
Apply a pheromone spray to the carrier or a favorite toy: a familiar scent makes the trip easier.
Skin problems, Wood's lamp and microscopy: everything is on site, in our clinic.
Samples are taken at the clinic, with results the same evening or the next day.
A separate room for healthy cats and dogs: we feed, play and take care of them.
Medicines prescribed by the vet can often be picked up right away, and for rare ones we'll tell you where to order. Please check availability with the administrator.
A vet can visit your home by arrangement. We prepare documents for traveling abroad with pets.
